How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your Account page and click 'Manage Subscription'. You can cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your billing period.

Are my files stored on your servers?

Files are processed temporarily and automatically deleted within 60 minutes. We do not permanently store your documents.

Can I get a refund?

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions. Day Passes are non-refundable as they expire naturally.
