Subscriptions (Pro & Business)
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
After the 7-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Day Passes
Day Passes ($1 for 24 hours of unlimited access) are non-refundable. Day Passes expire naturally after 24 hours and cannot be extended or transferred.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for an eligible subscription, please contact our support team at support@documentbuddy.com with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
We will process eligible refund requests within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Account page by clicking “Manage Subscription.” Your subscription benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
